It is used to receive personal repayments, donations, and payments for freelance development services. You agree to use the Site only for its intended purposes — making repayments, donations, or invoice payments to William Gourley. You agree not to:

4. Payments

Payments may be made via PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer, depending on the payment option selected. By using PayPal or Stripe, you also agree to their respective terms of service. William Gourley does not store your card details and has no access to your full card information. Bank transfer details provided on invoices must be kept confidential.

Payments are made voluntarily or as agreed between you and William Gourley directly. The Site does not handle disputes on behalf of any third party. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact William directly at [email protected].

All payments are processed in GBP (£). William Gourley is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or PayPal.

5. Refunds

Payments made as personal repayments or donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact William Gourley as soon as possible. Refunds for freelance invoice payments are subject to any separate agreement made between you and William at the time of engagement.

6. Accounts

To make certain payments (such as paying an invoice), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. William Gourley will never ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact William immediately. William Gourley reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that is misused or that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, branding, and content of PayWillie.co.uk are the property of William Gourley. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site's design or content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
