Can I ask for changes to my site?
Yes — changes can be made on request. Just get in touch and let me know what you'd like updated.
Can I keep my domain if I leave?
Yes. If I registered your domain for you, it can be transferred to you for a small fee when you leave.
Do I get an email address with my site?
Email accounts aren't included. Instead, customers contact you through the contact form on your website. Messages are stored in your admin panel, and you're notified whenever a new message arrives — so you never miss an enquiry.
How quickly will my site go live?
- If you already own a domain: your site goes live as soon as you've set the domain records I send you.
- If you need a new domain: usually within 24 hours.
Is there a contract?
No. TradeSitesPro is monthly rolling — there's no minimum term and no long contract.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is unpaid for 14 days, your site is paused. Once the payment is made, it can be switched back on.
