The setup is a one-off price. Everything is set up in your name, so the running costs — servers, phone line, domain and backup storage, usually around £15–£30 a month — are paid by you directly to the providers.

Ongoing management (updates, security fixes, backup checks and monitoring) is optional from £50 a month, and strongly recommended for the phone system and email server.

Yes — quoted projects need a 50% deposit before work starts, with the balance due on completion, before final handover.

Book an Hour is fixed-price. Anything bigger is quoted based on scope.

Business Launch (from £1,500 one-off) includes:

• Server 2 — Phone: a separate, secured business phone system (FreePBX) with hold music and a number of your choice

• policy templates (privacy, terms and cookies)
• a step-by-step guide to registering your company with Companies House and HMRC
• nightly off-server backups

Optional extras: a written business plan (from £300) and a third server to keep email and website separate (from £100).

Logo & Favicon Design starts from £50 and includes:

Your phone system runs on its own server for security and call quality. Your website and email share a second server, kept separate from each other in their own containers — this is plenty for most small businesses and keeps your running costs down.

If you have lots of staff mailboxes or a busy website such as an online shop, a third server can be added to separate email and website (from £100).
